In response to a Christian magazine’s call for Trump’s removal from office (Christianity Today December 19, 2019), his administration has since doubled down on policies that empower discriminatory behavior in the name of religion. Not because of any real convictions, but another way of catering to his base – i.e. “useful”. 

By presidential proclamation, January 16, 2020, was declared Religious Freedom Day. As for myself, I'm focusing on something more relevant, like National Popcorn Day, coming up on Sunday (January 19). Grab that remote and you're all set to celebrate.
